Virtual Law. Real Lawyers.
Integra Law Group is a new kind of law firm with one goal – to be sure you get the legal help you need to protect your financial future. In our complex and turbulent financial world, we all face events that present both opportunities as well as risks. There’s too much at stake to not get good, professional advice. That’s where we can help.
We understand you may believe attorneys are too costly and so risk not getting legal advice. And we know you could take a chance with an internet service that simply uses standard forms without the benefit of a review by an experienced attorney. We don’t think you should have to face this dilemma.
At Integra Law Group, we have developed a better way for you to get the legal help you need. By utilizing technology, intelligent software, knowledgeable support staff, and a virtual office environment, we are able to provide legal services at a lower fee and in a more convenient manner. The bottom line is we save you time and money.
We work on a flat fee basis, never charging by the hour, so you know the cost before you begin. And there is another big difference between us and the typical law firm – we don’t charge for meetings, or phone calls, or responding to emails, or even research. You only pay for results.
Convenience is also important – to you and to us. Most of our work can be done remotely using a computer and the internet, so there’s no reason you need to take time to come into our office. Of course, if you want to get together in person, we welcome that as well and can use our conference room or meet wherever is convenient for you. Finally, your legal documents are available and secure online so you can access them from anywhere at any time.
Legal Services
We can prepare wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives, everything you need to protect your estate and family in the event of your disability or death. We also help with long-term care and elder care planning. And in the event of the death of a family member, we can handle the probate of the estate.
For people starting or buying a business, we can help with forming a corporation or limited liability company. We can even help you find a business to buy, prepare the purchase agreement and handle everything necessary to successfully close the acquisition.
We also know that managing a business can be lonely as you face a multitude of decisions, many presenting financial as well as legal issues. That’s why we have a Integra LegalCare– for a low monthly retainer you have the benefit of unlimited advice whenever you need it. We think it’s a great investment for small business owners. And will provide peace of mind, too.
If you own a business and are thinking about an exit strategy, we have the expertise to help you determine its fair market value, find a buyer, and handle everything necessary for a successful sale, from valuing the business to structuring the deal, to preparing the purchase and sale agreement. We have the experience to guide you through the process. There’s no need to pay both a business broker and an attorney.
Helping people with financial problems is also an area of our practice, from negotiating home mortgage modifications to analyzing whether bankruptcy might be the best choice. If you are facing overwhelming debt and it becomes necessary, we will help you plan for and file bankruptcy to obtain a new financial beginning.
Much of what we do can be done remotely, so you don’t need to take the time to come to our office. If you prefer, we are pleased to meet in person wherever is most convenient for you.
So when facing a change in your life, please contact us. There is no charge for an initial consultation to explore how we can help. We think our advice will prove invaluable.
